The kitchen is one of the room, in which there are many activities inside. That is why; comfort becomes one of the requirements in designing the kitchen. The land size needs to be considered in selecting the design space, including the kitchen. Here is some kitchen designs that can be chosen based on the land size.

Single Line
Single-line kitchen shape is a straight line. In this kitchen, dirty and clean kitchen, are located in one area. Although this type is considered less convenient, single-line kitchen is best suited for small-sized land. That is why; this kitchen design was applied to many small-sized home or apartment. To stay comfortable, even the dirty kitchen is combined with the clean kitchen, always keep your kitchen clean.

Double Line
The kitchen consists of two straight lines. Clean and dirty kitchen are placed opposite. Long shaped are is perfect for this kitchen design. Though simple, but clean kitchen and the dirty kitchen is separated.

Kitchen Island
The kitchen island was applied to fit a wide area. Characteristic of this kitchen is a table in the middle of the kitchen. These tables can be used as work areas, or places to serve food.

Kitchen “L”
This kitchen design can also be applied to limited land. Dirty kitchen and clean kitchen are placed between the intersecting walls (corner). This angle is relatively more comfortable design.

Kitchen “U”
This kitchen design requires relatively larger land than the single line kitchen. Kitchen “U” occupied three sides of the wall. It could also occupy two sides of the wall, then add the bar table as the third side. This table can be well utilized as a serving table and breakfast table.
